Governance, Compliance and Risk Management

In this lesson, participants will become familiar with co-operative Governance and the types of decisions that boards and senior leaders need to make, monitor and report on. This includes an understanding of co-operative compliance and risk management decisions. This lesson will introduce compliance and risk management reporting, which is important for boards and senior leadership to use for monitoring, management and board oversight.
