Tips to practice crying on cue: Use real pain to cry. Say you have something that has always bothered you (can be something traumatic that happened, an underlying problem you’ve been dealing with that causes you great stress and mental pain, etc.), you can express it by trying to let it out through crying. When doing emotional scenes become the character, use real emotions, don’t think about it being a script
@ikshitarai40722 жыл бұрын
the one tip that i have on crying on cue is that think about something that hurt(s) u deeply(while being in ur character). for example think about a breakup or losing sombody or just relate it to some sad thing thats happened in ur life.

I always wanted to be an actress, but I failed at looking at the good sides of myself. This really helped me put myself into line, where I wanted to be, and people supported me along the way. Whatever you want your life lesson to be, just know that whatever you decide to become, there are always people out there who will willingly and truthfully speak the possibilities of what good you may achieve. So try not to overcompensate about the negative things that might or might not happen, and focus and therefore conclude on the opposite; the positive. I hope this helps in your sudden, gratefully non-karmic happenings of ill. Believe.

If yall cant try to cry on cue, try focusing on a object (for a starter) … relax your face…the faster you clear your mind the easier the tears will fall… relax your face…concentrate entirely on your breathing but continue staring at the object…visualize your breathing (you can visualize the air cycling in and out of your body)… tears may start to form,keep breathing..did it work? If i didnt put on a sad or/and slow song/music (once you think your ready, try again the song/music) Hope this helped :D
