I dug out out childhood Action Force Collection and thought you might be interested. A combination of Phase 1 and Phase 2 figures and vehicles, along with some interesting paperwork. #actionforce #toys #toycollection #toycollector

You'll definitely get your money back on Red Laser, worth a pound or to on the ebay. Those jointed figures can be mended by buying rubber 'O' rings, unscrewing them and Bob's yer uncle. Bike girl is called Quarrel, a blonde repaint of GI Joe "Scarlet". All the hollow, jointed figures are american GI Joe's repainted. Great collection and great memories. 👍

It's amazing that you kept all of that paraphernalia. The things we would get up to as kids! I love the vim and scourer, mate! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

That was a blast from the past, mate! I remember getting some of these for Christmas 1984. For the life of me I can't remember the names either. I had the base, which I'd completely forgot about. I remember the SAS dude and the boats, the parachute fella and the tank. I'm sure I had some more bits and bobs, but I can't remember! Hope you're keeping well.

It's so fun seeing your childhood toys like this. I still have some of my G. I. Joe figures and vehicles though I know they're all in pretty rough condition from extended play. I remember cutting out the character bio cards from their card backs. I also liked the fandom you showed with pics, stories and the letters, that's awesome!

Thank you👊 It was so much fun going back through it all.

Childhood toys just like a lot of others I have been buying some of them, oh man that just reminded me when it was end of term you could take your toys in and we would all play all day, had forgot that. Big collection there pal very cool

Really enjoyed seeing you and your brothers childhood collection. Didn't have much action force, possibly a black helicopter and a few figures. I never really collected sets, just vehicles I liked. Starwars/ mask/ action force/ transformers, they all played together in my house 🤣.

Loved this. Had more or less the same stuff from phase 2 and the HQ. Had quite a few of the vehicles from Q force and SAS etc too. Great nostalgia.

It was great getting them all out again. Haven't seen them in decades. So tempted to buy more stuff😂😂 I found the letters from Battle comic in the box where my brother won the Atari 2600. Good times👍

That was brilliant and you both really looked after your toys its fantastic to see, the figures that are snapped are due to the O ring in the middle perishing, the female ones are the bike riders and as you say they were the first of the GI Joe style (more articulation) you can replace them O rings dead easy mate.

That great to know mate....thanks👍👍👍 We've always.(tried) to look after our stuff, I'd like to think Tommy and Jake are now the same.

Awesome to still have your childhood stuff and in good condition. Think you need a glass cabinet with an action force display in your room mate.

I've got no recollection of these. It's amazing the condition these are still in. All my old toys are buried in back gardens, lol. I was council house, we used to use carrier bags with shoelaces for parachutes. Those adverts for them👌.

Really enjoyed this one Marcus. A beautiful collection and they were so well looked after. There’s an amazing book being created about Bob Brechin who designed loads of these toys, and the Star Wars ones at Palitoy. Was a kickstarter but am sure there up for preorder. Think you may have been referring to the Roboskull vehicle. They fetch a PRETTY penny these days. Great watch mate 👏

I'll have to look out for that book, sounds perfect. Yes, Roboskull.....😂I'll probably never own 9nr them then🤷

What a great video dude loving you have all this stuff from your childhood. I had some action force figures and comics, think I have them in a box in my attic.

@@DadLadsGaming think I have one or two figures and a handful of comics if there still up there lol

The "hollow figures" were recoloured US GI Joe figures designed by Hasbro and reproduced under license by Palitoy. Palitoy also borrowed some of the vehicles such as the Panther and Tank you have, Blood For The Baron has a decent guide to what goes with what with names if you wanted to look everything up.

I was hardcore Star Wars, and it wasn't until I saw someone with Snake Eyes, and my ultimate favorite Storm Shadow that I was tempted by Action Force, ninjas are still a way to my heart 😂

Wed got into computer/video games by the time Action Force aligned with the GI Joe world.....they were still cool though.

You may want to check out Analogue Toys channel for vids on Action Force. When I was a kid I was very tempted to get into them but it was a choice between them and Star Wars , and I chose the latter but still kept my foot inside the door with the full size 12 inch Action man range, collecting a lot there. Great collection buddy. Some of those posters deserve framing along with that letter from Mrs G H Clarke. The paper header says Action Force but she worked for Palitoy and I got a letter from her also in the early 80s when I wrote requesting help sourcing one of the Star Wars mini rigs that I could never find. These letters are Toy history mate and deserve protecting.
