Dave at Impact seems like such a nice guy. He has the right attitude to work with people struggling with weight loss. Action/Dolores/Bambam has been an inspiration to me this year - started a home gym in a friend's basement and I'm down from 450 to 350. I've had to learn that I can love good food as much as I want, but it don't love me like I can.

This is the simplest trick to it... you can love good food, but only during certain times of the day and you gotta know the macro content of what you consume. I too have lost 200+ pounds. You can get to 250. I started at 450 and went to 250. It took me 2 years and about 200 miles of walking. All in all not that difficult. Intermittent fasting made it easier than I anticipated. Stay in the groove man, it will pay off in spades.
