A Herculean effort driving from New York City to Santa Monica, California… I have watched all 15 parts… And amazed at your driving skill and composure with so much traffic! I have been a subscriber for quite a while and I’m so glad I found this series because I have crossed from the middle of the country to California many times, but not from New York all the way out to California! Thank you again for taking us so long on the journey and look forward to many more adventures with you!

10:19 that's where you missed your exit to the 10. by distance it is a longer route around the downtown LA freeway "box" but usually better traffic conditions.

Action Kid, we miss you in New York. That 2-week drive to Los Angeles and Santa Monica is a long drive plus a vacation. I heard that you're doing a cross-country trip to Miami. Maybe you can do another cross-country trip from Miami to Seattle.

Timestamp 49 minutes: in case you ever are in the area again, for future reference, get off the right exit for Lincoln BLVD and at the end, take a right onto the BLVD. you’ll be in Santa Monica and it’ll bring you down to the downtown area and pier without having to continue in traffic on I-10. If you take a left on the BLVD, you’ll be in Venice .
