If I ever rode the park that slowly I would lose my mind! Part of the meditation for me is the speed. Oddly, it feels so much safer to me when moving “through it” instead of “in it”. Hard to explain. Still, enjoyable to watch!

I'm not able to go riding for the time being and this video is a godsend. I put on my headphones and played my cycling playlist while watching this video, and began to relax immediately. People are certainly out more this weekend and should keep patient for 2 more weeks. It's almost summer & the virus is weakening but still a serious threat.
@hansonel4 жыл бұрын
Agree, the warm weather is bringing a lot of people out after spending weeks inside (understandable) but there's still peak number of cases in NYC and much of the US. Lot's of people are going without masks in Central Park which is a bit concerning to see also since it's a bit difficult to effectively socially distance in many areas of NY as more people venture out to enjoy spring & summer

@@TheSocialGamer what the governments and health experts didn't tell you is that.... we are all expected to get COVID-19 at some point...... The point of social distancing is to slow down the rate of hospitalization so that there's no need to pull a ventilator from a grasping 70 years old and give it to a 30 year old because the 30 year old has a better chance. So I agree with your statement, but not for the same reasons.

fantastic ride Thank you, wanted to ask if I may, those Rental bikes that I am seeing, those Blue ones, how do those actually work, meaning do you pay for those with like a credit card, and you get something like a hours worth of riding time with it before the brakes aqctually lock up on them ???
@nycliontwin244 жыл бұрын
Citibikes. Get a day pass ($12) or ($24) 3 day pass with your citibike phone app or the machine in the docking station. Make sure you only use it 30 minutes or less each ride or your card will be charged $4 every 15 minutes extra. If your ride lasts longer than 30 min just use your phone app to find the nearest docking station dock your bike and then get another bike to start your next ride. It's perfect to explore the city coz you don't have to take the rented bike with you everywhere you go.
@pizzasubs4 жыл бұрын
@@nycliontwin24 so these ones are totally different than those LIME bikes, the green ones, Dont know if you have seen tose or not, but with those, you can ride them for like 45 minutes or so, then after that, the brakes actually do lock up on thos and the wheels will not turn unless you use the app and make another payment then after that is done, the brakes release and then you can ride the bike agian for another 45 mjinutes or so...
