I was at the Park yesterday, and the bike riding looked like fun. Your video was a great way to plan a trip there. I'll be riding up on Amtrak and renting an E-bike. At 83 my legs need some help getting up the hills.

loved this bike ride. i could cycle central park all day. tbh, i prefer to watch your cycling videos. i get to see more of the city. plus summer is winding down, so you won’t cycle as much. i’m hoping you can make more cycling videos before it’s gets too cold

What a gorgeous day! The sky blue is great. You ride at a good pace for having a 1-speed bike. I used to run the 6-mile loop and also ride my bike, but many years ago. Also roller skated (inline) early 1990s. Now I walk in at Columbus Circle, walk up the west side usually and turn around. Nice video. It doesn't look very crowded (in first 10 minutes of your ride) as it was when I have been in there. Morning?

I bought a very nice pair of inline skates, tried them on in my apt and never wore them again. (Ladies size 5 if anybody wants them!) I'm going to get some old fashioned roller skates. They feel much safer.

Rosa Maria Annarilli I got better results with biking. I lost more weight biking,then rollerblading. Rollerblading you have watch out for cracks. Bikes go over the cracks. Do don’t see to many fat bicyclists.
