I think the company don't give on-site customer support/service.As far as, I found, according to some customers reviews on flipkart/Amazon,, when their fan got deffective, the company asked to send/courier the defective fan to the company address for repair/replacement.

Absolutely right, if the fan got some problem then the buyer need to send the fan to their HQ in delhi by courier. Best to avoid this brand at all cost until they provide proper onsite services.

कोई प्रॉब्लेम नाहीं होगा.... Regulator 5 pe rakhna hain... Aur tape laga ke fix kar dena... Ta ki galti se koi 5 se kam na kar le.... Agar kam bhi kar diya to fan kharab nahi hoga.... Lekin 5 par nahi hoga to sahi speed nahi milega.... Regulator 5 pe rakh ke fir remote se operate kar na hain....

Don't buy this fan. the fan is of very cheap quality. it gets faulty very easily and warranty service is very poor and indirectly denial of the warranty as they ask you to remove the fan and send it to the Delhi base service centre. ultimate in bid of saving 500 for this fan, you have to lose all your 2500 money. go for other brand they provide you home sevice and you will be comfortable.

It stop working in 2 months only and service provided is incredibly frustrating. Even with a device under warranty, you have to send it by courier to Delhi for repair, and it took them 72 hours just to notify me of this and they you need to read policy properly before buy because it’s there policy of courier it to Delhi for repair. This level of service is unacceptable and highly disappointing.
