Hi after account login see at top where 1st tab is account /fund transfer/ Bill pay/ then CARD- click on card and see left side there are three options- TRANSACT/ENQUIRE/REQUST- click on request and scroll down and see there is option- domestic usage type option good luck

Hi, In order to use of your debit card both at international/Domestic locations, your debit card needs to be enabled for International usage. It can be done using Net banking by following the below steps: Log into Net banking Click ""Debit card"" tab Click ""Set international/Domestic usage"" on the left had side pane Choose the debit card number and click ""continue"" Set the option to enable card for International and Domestic use and proceed to confirm, default limit on your Debit Card on activating International usage is 50k, which can be modified by clicking on Modify International Limit. The maximum card limit that can be set for international usage is equal to the aggregate card limit (ATM+POS) available on the Debit card for domestic use. Alternatively, you can call our Phone banking for activating your International usage on Debit Card & to modify the international usage limit. You can also submit a request at any of the nearest branch. Our officials will assist you suitably. this bank is the worst.... service is really bad.... by default you gave me platinum debit card but it is useless for me.... google doesn't supports your card and shows invalid card .... i tried to upgrade from hdfc website to mastercard but again error "No Debit/ATM Card(s) linked to the customer ID" ... some other banks are good for payments to google so now i planned to close account from this bank but again problem ...... rajbagh srinagar branch where i opened account is closed because your employees are infected from covid19 ........ now what is your service ? should i wait untill december when india got vaccine?
