Hey heather ive been following your content and messages for more than a few years now. It helped me get through COVID 19 lockdown and a lot mental distress I was experiencing at the time. A break up I was going through and the loss of friends. There was a time I stopped watching your stuff because I became too disconnected from reality which lead me to confusion and doubt. I’m back now because I want answers and I know I can only really get them from myself but you’ve been of support before so I have faith in your messages. I’m glad to be back and more open to accepting the complexity of the mind. I want to feel grounded again in a way that makes me feel powerful and in control of my life. I’m tired of feeling rooted to this earth because I have to be or believe I have to for other people who care about me. It’s weighed heavy on me for a long time now. Thanks for this! It very much helped hearing this timely wisdom again. This condensed format really helped me with hearing and feeling these messages even more deeply. So powerful and comforting, I listened twice already. From so many videos, I've grown to especially love the stories and dialogue examples, the latter which I've practiced and successfully employ. The words bring so much clarity, relief and oftentimes humor, all favorites. Sometimes I'm stunned at the simplicity, the authenticity, like: You can just say that? For the last 2 years I've been obsessed with a man that I only met online 😂 it makes me crazy because I don't understand why my soul is attached to him when I never met him in person. He was also very disrespectful to me called me names and only used me for s*xting, yet I fell in love with him because he was very intellectual and we could talk about books for hours, I thought he was falling in love with my intellect too until he cut me off out of a sudden.
