One thing I’m not noticing anyone mentioning is being able to connect, relate and ritualize what it means to be in your lowest energy in a healthy way. By lowest I do not mean stress, suffering, unease, or something robustly sinful. I mean lowest as in resting into the unmanifest, lowest as the Tao flows most easily, like water flowing to the lowest point. The absolute of who you are is in your lowest energy, what you were before your birth (not a past life) the unborn groundless ground, what is unchanging and real through cosmic life times of transience . Coming to this absolute helps me recenter, reconfigure and readjust to what is most salient beyond my day to day movements. I think something like a depressive state helps to point to that in a hypnotic way(hypnotic being the natural balance to the ecstatic state). A free flowing of release. A soothing sweetness. Falling into this effortlessly gives us the humility to sense what factors that we haven’t changed or addressed, otherwise the problem may be unnoticed and bypassed. 🐛🦋

Jes...when I feel overwhelmed I go into a Retreat with myself= always highly enlightening and clearing up the fog and let shine some new aspect of the diamond through❤❤. Enjoy the unraveling...after the last years of seeing through all the illussions and anchor more and more into the light back= gets better.Right now the Lightbeings are highly back uplifted...like they come back from the void state...where the could heal, reset, recover, renew and create more wisdom and light 4 their universe and all darkness get also transmuted...ends slowly❤❤❤.

I don't think I do allow myself even though I love others. I have had insecurity & doubt of myself. Beautiful Heather thank you for being bravely you & being a guide and facilitator of self levelling love. For me the energy has been practicing non attachment (somewhat slowing down in the morning and sitting in stillness with it but also actively practicing in movement through out the day). I’ve been getting supa dupa exhausted by things and such recently, where I took a month long sabbatical in December. The self transfiguring heart of free, loving nature, adoring the adored in adoration, is where I’ve been coming back to with this. The universe is all accomplishing yet completely still in ease, it is your very nature to be this as it is you. Hope this helps sugarplum
