Practice the 'Hourglass Breathing Space' briefly, becoming comfortable with this tool for helping us ground and then anchor and expand ourselves, before enjoying the experience of feeling love inside yourself, love for the special person that you are and love you deserve. Be guided to imagine a symbol for that loving, or a coloured light, filling you inside. and any resistance to feeling inner love you can simply notice, be aware and respectful of, tender towards, and then let go. No need for any analysis or reasoning with this feeling. Simply let it be what it is, and then come back to your breathing and to the meditation. The more you practice, the easier it will become. Next, we feel more filled with this love and we therefore can more easily send it out into the world, as the symbol or the light we imagined, and as the active feeling, the gift of love. The love that we are.
