Hello, I have an E-Lektron 810.460 and what happens is that the screen does not turn on and there is no sound either, now on the 3rd floor below the plates there is a blue cable on the front left that is detached and I don't know where it is (Ant b and Jp4 which would be the cable connector) I think that if I find the place where to release it I could fix it, I saw your video and I thought you could help me, thank you.

Hi, I have the QTX 12 unit which is not charging and will only power up the vhf microphone module .No power going to the usb/sd inputs module.There is no visible sign of anything overheated but the battery is only at around 2.6 volts so I will replace this.I have powered the unit with a battery also and it just powers up and lights up the vhf mikes circuit.There is no charging light showing when plugged in at the mains either.There are no relays like yours on my version.What do you think is my problem?.Appreciate your thoughts on this.Thanks Greg.

Hi there, I’m having a problem, where the speaker doesn’t turn on properly. I start it, and I hear the relay clicking but the screen stays black and the led turns red. If I plug it in, it doesn’t charge, but the battery is at 12v. If you have any idea, it would be much appreciated 😀

I liked your follow up of fixing the unit. Interesting that the battery was the fault, but you didn't say how to avoid it happening again.

For a long while it will be fine if the new components are exchanged and a new battery is put in place. As I said in the video this is a design problem and the defect cannot be avoided without a redesign of the schematic and PCB board. What can be done is a over current limitation module added to the battery or connected between the battery and board.

@@benassy69 Yes I was thinking the same for over current module or use an electric drill battery perhaps.

Good idea with the electric drill battery , that has integrated an overcurrent module in it since it is an Lithium battery. But tbh I need to find a 8 Amp one otherwise I can use the speaker only for some minutes before being discharged.

Hi I also have an Ibiza speaker as in the video. I have been having problems with her for some time. The battery can no longer be charged and it no longer runs on the battery at all. I connect it to the direct current and initially both lights show green and when I start the music the bottom light starts to be orange and after a while the speaker stops, about 10 minutes. What could I do?

No. The speaker works without a battery.
