Hey Junai! Unfortunately, this is not possible through ActiveCampaign. If you are interested on send sms marketing as a campaign, you can consider native SMS marketing tools, like twilio or instasent 🙂

Can I have an automation in which everytime I get a new customer in my customer list I send a SMS? or we need to ask him to opt-in first ?

Hey! Yes, it is possible to create that automation without a problem. If you want to add personalization, probably you will need to create one automation per list, but this depends on you 🙂. And yes, you will need to ask him for an opt-in process first, but it could be the same opt-in process for emails and SMS.

what does the SMS look like on the receiver's end? And it says in the video you have 25 free sms credits, what does that mean? You have to pay extra for more credits? Also, if you don't have third party sms provider, does AC have a built-in one? If so, can it have sender name?

Hey! Yes, remember that SMS are charge as an extra amount, because AC doesn’t include in your plan any type of credits to send SMS regularly. You have just the free credits.
