Hey there Max, I am trying to add a tag to a user inside of ActiveCampaign FROM Integromat. Can you please tell me what value to input inside of "Contact ID"? Thanks!

@@nathanbendavid5050 Every contact has a unique numeric contact id. The first person who ever joined your list is 1, the second 2, the third 3, etc. If you don't know the id of the contact you would like to add a tag to, you first have to use the 'list contacts' module inside Integromat and search for the right contact with the email address. This will give you the id 🙃 Hope that helps you into the right direction!

Hey Matthias! Yes, you could remove that tag again by adding a 30-minute wait & a remove tag action inside the same automation 🙃

How do I separate a "Yes" condition for some who opens but doesn't click the link? I would like to take them down one path. If someone clicks my link I want to end the automation. Right now my condition is opens or clicks for the "Yes" path so it's together.

Hey Wanda! Looks like you made some small mistakes in your CSS. 1) Before every "important" you need to add an explanation mark instead of l 2) After the padding for your input field you need to add a colon 3) After the 10px you need to add a semicolon Hope that does the trick! 🙂

In your opinion, do you think the upgrade to Plus is worth it for the conditional content? It seems like this could allow you to write far less emails... Also if I don't upgrade my plan, would I just have to make more automations to satisfy more lead magnets, etc.. Hope this makes sense! :)

Hey Mariesa! I think conditional content is an amazing feature to personalize your emails, which will help you to make your emails more relevant (and convert more leads into customers). But if it's worth it depends on if you have something to personalize, if you are able to monetize your audience, and if you really make use of it. But in general, I would say it's worth it because the relatively small fee to upgrade could help you generate tons of extra revenue. Hope that helps! 🙌

I would be happy to hire someone to implement. However, I am not sure how this would save time for me. Could I manage it without understanding it? Hey Max! Good content! I started a trial account today and I am already learning a lot from you. So, please keep up the good work. One thing that I am struggling with, or at least am a bit uncertain of is tracking emails that are sent from outside AC? As far as I understand, once that I have added external email accounts (SMTP and IMAP) I should be able to track e-mails in Deal CRM that are sent with this external email. I can't get that to work. Maybe it isnät supposed to work like that or there might be a limitation of the trial version? Do you know?

Hi Max, One other question: I am trying to make the selected textblock conditional by hitting the gear icon, but the option 'make conditional' is not there (duplicate, hide, save and delete are). Do you by any chance know why this doesn't show?

Hey Wanda! The conditional content option is only available on the plus plan and above unfortunately. So if you're using the lite plan, that's why you can't find it 🙁

Hey Abraham! To be an effective email marketer via ActiveCampaign I would; 1) Focus on building trust because people buy from people they trust. 2) Provide lots of value for free because I think it's one of the quickest ways to build trust. 3) Be consistent, send emails out at a regular interval so you stay on people their radar and they know what to expect. This would probably be a great idea for a video, haha. I'll add it to my idea list.

You totally left out how to add a list. The prompts ask for what fields you'd like to include and it's confusing. I see you had a url for your list in the set up. That's a crucial set up component that you left out.
