I'm from Germany. And I was happy enough to visit Mt Shasta twice (2000 and 2001). It was a group of spiritual people from Austria I joined. They attended Wesak celebration there. It was too much for me... So I always left the hall and went outside to feel the fantastique energy of that landmark. Our group also has driven on Mt Shasta. In 2000 it was very hot but the mountain was encased in snow. I had to sit down in the snow and mediate (not thinking about my skin... 😄). This meant to me much more than all the speeches on the celebration. - Since then Mt Shasta is home of my heart. 💖🙂

It's more common than you think, as someone who was born there I've met a lot of people who have said the same thing and even some deciding to move there. I definitely recommend visiting as it's quite a beautiful and amazing place to explore.

In 2017, I was drawn to go to Mount Shasta and 3,000 miles later from the east coast, everything quickly fell into place. Andrew, a kind soul, was my guide and I will always be grateful for having met him. He knows that mountain. Magical✨. I love Mount Shasta. 2024 and tears are rolling down my face with a smile as I remember the beauty of that town, the people and the mountain.

My husband and I went to look at homes for sale in the area. I did not know anything about Mount Shasta. The comfort I felt all around me was something I’ve never experienced in my life in a place. I was surrounded by positive, spiritualism in the atmosphere, including all the nice people I encountered while visiting Mount Shasta location. It’s an incredible vibe. I kept asking my husband why does it feel so beautiful up here. So without knowing the history of Mount Shasta this is absolute proof that this is a sacred location.

I was an accidental visitor to Mount Shasta in late 1979 while hitch-hiking north to Tacoma, Washington. I did not climb high on Shasta, just above the tree-line, but I stayed for three days. My experience then has never left me. I have returned to Shasta City only once since then but not onto the mountain. I strongly desire to return but I can not afford to do so yet. I want to find again an apple tree that saved me.

Once sri bhagavan Ramana Maharishi said to Us devote that this Sasta mt.is as holy as Thiruvannamalai mountain at Tamilnadu India.If you Penatrate inside from our Earth from Thiuvannamalai other side it will reach mount susta and this can be verified from Google earth map.It is believed that mt.Tiiruvannamalai is Lord Shiva and both mount have special inner spiritual feelings when you visit.

Thank you for telling us this. I love hearing this. I live in Northern California. Once when I was in Tiruvanamalai, staying at Sri Ramanashram, I met a woman who told me that she hoped to visit Mount Shasta in California next on her sacred sites pilgrimage. I was so surprised as she spoke about how sacred Mount Shasta was. She told me this as we sat on the Holy Mountain Arunachala. I always knew that Mount Shasta was a special place but never thought of it as equal to the Holy Mountain, Arunachala.

❤I've been having this calling for a while now. I miss MT Shasta. Shasta lake. Whiskey town. Siskiyou lake, Burney, Redding, Yreka, Ureka. Patrick's point. MT lassen, Castle Craig's. Born in redbluff, Cali. Raise in Redding. Unfortunately I'm stuck here in Iowa. Dreading life. Stressed, angry and bitterness are the dominating factors of my life now. I hate life. Watching this video makes me realize the viod that is truly in my heart these days. And to fill that void. Would be to come home to my upbringing. Sad and hopeless feeling of not being able to have the funds to fulfill this void.

we've come to understand what the original inhabitants have know for eons ... Mount Shasta is a place a renewal, rebirth, healing ... all 13 tribes that have lived within sight have all come to a common agreement ... leave your bs at the foot of the mountain!!! ONLY GO UP WITH YOUR HIGHEST PRAYERS FOR YOURSELF, YOUR FAMILY, YOUR FRIENDS, OUR FELLOW EARTHLINGS & ALL THE STAR PEOPLE that brought us here in the beginning. Pray in gratitude to Your Creator and Mother Nature for those reptilians that also need healing ... leave no trace on the mountain ... enter in a state of reverence and leave your ego back in town.

As someone who grew up in mount shasta i can tell you that it is a beautiful place but horrible to grow up in
@Somanath1084 жыл бұрын
I am curious why it is a horrible place to grow up?
@T0WhiteForYou4 жыл бұрын
@@Somanath108 well as far as low crime and all that it is great but it is that small town mentality where everything you do from at least freshman year follows you. The job market for the younger generation is very very small. It is not really just mount shasta though it is most small towns that suffer the same things. Now that I am older I enjoy it more there. Unless you are into very outdoorsy things there is not much to do at all and yes I think it is a fantastic place to live if you like the snow and like hiking, snow sports, but if your kids are not into that or you as a parent cannot afford the gear they need to do it there is just very little to do and that got very depressing. Some of this is just my personal experience and I know it does not apply to all so I tried to bring some non biast points into it. Again I love it more now that I do not live there and I am older though. Great place to come back to and settle down if you have a career option there or your career allows you to work remotely.

I learned airplane exhaust inhibits some of the energy from Mt. Shasta, so I would imagine it's the same elsewhere. If I had to make a guess, I would say 20% of the reason our environment is more entropic than it used to be is due to this, with the other 80% having to do with WIFI signals in our environment.

The indigenous don’t hold a monopoly on spirituality
@user-mh6lj3ox8b3 жыл бұрын
@@Umberto2 Im not sure if I read this as an agreement or a disagreement but if it is a disagreement Mount Shasta has been known to be used by non indigenous people in spots sacred to indigenous people with constant disregard/disrespect towards indigenous spirituality. You're completely right in that indigenous people don't hold monopolies with spirituality because they do not commodify it nor are they intrusive to anyone else's established practices.
@maryma333 Жыл бұрын
All people deserve to be able to experience the beauty and healing nature of the vibration the mountain, all should be respectful of each others beliefs. Many different cultures of religion come to this area to have an experience. God is in Nature, for many this place has a way showing that to peoples souls, and heals them. The indigenous people here do make money on the tourism through the casino they own. They don't own all this land we all share it now. In Jerusalem many different religions have fought over it, they had to come to a peaceful solution because they all had experiences with there God there, and its sacred to the different groups who come for different reasons. We need to find a way to all be allowed to experience God in our own way. Experience the magic of Nature and know this peace inside them. May peace and love come to your heart.
