I just installed these on my 2016 Nissan Titan XD to assist with the weight of our 37’ travel trailer. I can say that this product has made a definite improvement. Thank you for such a great product.

I just installed these on my 2015 F150 2WD truck this weekend, didn't even have to take the wheels off with this easy install design. :) My whole install was 45 minutes and I was done and tools put away. Super easy install. Can't wait to try towing my boat with this installed!

I have had this on a '98 Chevy Z71 since 2000.....wouldn't haul without it; it is priceless to stop tire-hop going around corners. It has been a great investment.

I have a 2019 Tacoma SR5. I installed these to help with a 2100BH Winnebago trailer. The left side was very close to the brake fluid line. I was going to adjust the line, but decided to try something else. I used the third hole and this opened up clearance. I also saw a video that explained how using this hole will actually make the springs more effective. This stretches the pivot point covering more leaf spring. I am very pleased with the new ride.

This is the video to watch to know how to install it. Most videos didn't take off the wheel to let the springs stretch as much as possible before installing it.

I'm looking at this and trying to sort out how this actually works as the leaf spring compresses. I would think that it would cause the rear hook to loosen up from the leaf spring eye, rather than actually compressing the coil spring

Two questions: 1. if i have a leveling kit on my truck does this defeat the purpose of the leveling kit? 2. per all the videos i see everyone shows their trailers hooked up to the hitch but not the sway bars fully hooked up. i would think since RAS lifts the rear then would the hitch have to be readjusted to the new height change?

I recently saw on another video by Halo Lifts that the Ford F150 Tremor requires a different spacer than all other F150’s. I didn’t see this on your website as a choice. Are they correct in saying that a different spacer is required for the Tremor?

Can you install without the rear height being changed ?
@MEGA_SOKO3 жыл бұрын
Not really, the pre-load of the springs adds a little lift.
@donlanteigne86292 жыл бұрын
@@MEGA_SOKO. I don't know why but mine lifted 3 1/4", but that's okay because when I connect to my trailer I still drop 1 1/4 below what used to be my bed height.
@MEGA_SOKO2 жыл бұрын
@@donlanteigne8629 maybe you loaded the spring more than I did.
@donlanteigne86292 жыл бұрын
@@MEGA_SOKO. Maybe, I used the black spacer, it's been recommended that I reduce the tension down to the white spacer, although I don't know if that will do the trick.
@donlanteigne86292 жыл бұрын
@@MEGA_SOKO. I reduced the tension by using the white spacer, it came down 1 1/2" and I'm good with that. I definitely notice a nicer ride now (unloaded).

@@RoadActiveSuspension. I just installed these today (11/4/22) on my 2021 Silverado 1500. Others on these video's are saying that they only saw a rise of about a half inch (ground to wheel-well), I got a rise of 3 1/4, how can that be? But when I connect to my trailer it still drops 1 1/2 below the old truck height which is still too low. Granted, the tongue weight might be too much and my goal is to decrease the weight somehow, but I still wonder why it was raised so much more than everyone else.

Very interesting. They won't show a video of the actual spring moving when truck is loaded. How can the spring expand and contract when spring is attached to a solid threaded bar?
@MEGA_SOKO3 жыл бұрын
The bar threads are on the ends (there's 2x threaded bars, not just one), allowing the spring to expand and contract.

If installed on a f250 will this product improve the very harsh ride when unloaded??
@MEGA_SOKO3 жыл бұрын
No, this did not change the unloaded ride much at all on my F150. I expected a stiff ride, was please with the results.

how long before the coils wear out?

That depends on how much you tow, It will be different for everybody but they're very durable and should last a long time.

if you get one for a vehicle that has a similar sized spring, I'm sure you can make it work.

It's got locking washers on both ends. I've used it on my Lincoln Mark LT for years. It has backed out quite a bit but still works well. It still corners like a car instead of like a truck in the rear with it. (no axel wrap).

In order to be taken seriously you need to move beyond one simple comment, provide reasons why so we can determine if it's you, your truck or the product.
