It's not that easy. There aren't many Chinese game companies that will risk publishing for Blizzard now. It could take them years to re-apply for the game licenses as I imagine netease won't just hand them over.

Wish they could fire Bobby but shareholders voted to have him stay for another year back in June and there is his 300 million dollar severance package to keep in mind. In combination with the loss of netease a lot of good workers would have to leave the company along with Bobby to satisfy the shareholders.
