Actor/Singer/Songwriter Ben Barnes

He has appeared as a premiere actor on HBO's "Westworld," as well as many other films and TV programs including "The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian," to Netflix's "Shadow and Bone." Now, Ben Barnes adds Singer-Songwriter to his resume with the release of his new 5-song EP titlled, "Songs For You." We talk about the making of the new EP and the labor of love that went into the project.

I just love how Ben plays some heavily 'mysterious' type characters in many of the shows he's been in, but in real life, you ask him a question, you get a whole detailed essay for an answer LOL he's such a sweetheart

Robert, thank you for this interview. It just opened an eye for me yet again about Ben and his songs. Here something very synchronistic about this song and Ben Barnes. Since i was just a teenager i felt what Ben described about the song 11:11 I have felt like i have a strong bond with a man which i never came across with in this life. So i described it as "missing him"; missing someone you never saw before. It was so powerful that i dreamt it, and described what happened.. Until recently i was staying away from this feeling because this strong bond was so alluring but so filled with agony at the same time. I used to burst into tears when they ask me about it without even knowing why :)) And now that i had my lessons since then, i feel free enough to face this feeling. And then Ben comes to the picture. I saw him and froze for a moment with no idea why. Felt like i know him. Then i listened to his album which is like a manifesto. And 11:11 hit me. Because it was describing what i had in my dreams about that feeling but more like a "Peace offering" .from the other side of the story. This is just an intuition but i feel like i need to send him this information. I am leaving this as it is but then something pushes me again to contact him. So would you like to involve in this spiritual quest with me? :) And if you won't thank you for your deep interest in someone's pure intentions in his work so the message is transferred to all of us.
