That lady who had the sinus surgery and can finally breathe through her nose brought back some memories. I didn't breathe through my own nose until I was nearly 18 years old and finally had my chronically infected tonsils removed.

I had a clogged nose for nearly a year until I finally visited the doctors. I can now breathe thru my own nose. But sometimes, when I get sick, it clogs up for a few days- even after the cold had passed. It always goes away tho

Same, I was born with a condition where muscles and cartilage completely closed off one side of my nose and I’ve now had three surgeries to correct it the feeling of breathing through my nose for real finally after 17 years was the best feeling ever ❤️

I am currently struggling daily with my HERION (and meth and cigarettes) addiction and understand completely how very very difficult and emotionally exhausting it is to believe in yourself and love yourself enough to quit these life controlling addictions!! What you have acheived is nothing short of a miracle.....the presence of God and his gifts of unconditional love and grace! My friend, you say you have no one to really share this ecstatic news with ......Oh yes, you do!! Share this with everyone you encounter! Shout it from the roof tops! You worked and continue to work so hard at maintaining your sobriety, you deserve to spread the news!! Ya know as very difficult as it is to get clean (detox), it's so much more difficult to stay clean!!! Keep up the great work! Keep on loving yourself!!

With all the ones of great grandparents or grandparents I almost cried- two of my grandparents died before I was born, one when i was two, and one when I was 8. I know I got to live a bit with my grandma but I never really knew her, because she had 15 kids, which meant very little time for every grandkid to know her. Not that anyone cares.
