I have a devil that makes my life hell everyday, I'm having a very hard time. I just want this oppression to stop, but nothing works. My religious beliefs have not changed this. To make matters worse, almost nobody understands, even others that are oppressed, because their oppressors have not revealed themselves, and would rather us be ignorant of the truth. They have so much power to manipulate us. Some day you which are reading this will know I told you the truth.

Dear Mark.. Ask God to teach u jow to surrender completely to Him as He is "a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him". He promises. "I will contend with those who contend with thee". Start small 1-Exercise moderately 2-Plant based diet 3- Clean fresh water - stop drinking coffee/tea/sodas 4- Rest 5- Sleep well 6- Sunshine - Vitamin D 7- Fresh Air 8- Trust Father, Son and Holy Spirit. When u feel overwhelmed, go on ur knees and pray. Jesus loves u. But also remember the principles of life found in His Word. "Read them, heed them and Do them" Revelation 1. This is His road map to victory.
