Fun fact that I learned in PT school: if you ever feel dizzy or like the room is spinning, you can jump up and down for a little bit and that should reset your vestibular system, which is that little organ in your ear that is in charge of your balance

Jenn, I always keep a packing list in my phones's "notes", and I tweak it for different trips in the bottom section. The top sections is categorized by item types. Found it useful, cuz I can pack unthinkingly, following down the list:) hope this helps!! I travel a lot for work and for my vacay.
