Fun fact that I learned in PT school: if you ever feel dizzy or like the room is spinning, you can jump up and down for a little bit and that should reset your vestibular system, which is that little organ in your ear that is in charge of your balance

Jenn, I always keep a packing list in my phones's "notes", and I tweak it for different trips in the bottom section. The top sections is categorized by item types. Found it useful, cuz I can pack unthinkingly, following down the list:) hope this helps!! I travel a lot for work and for my vacay.

Hi Jenn! Hope you had a great time in NYC! Bummed that I didn’t get to run into you, but I’m glad that you got to visit the Guggenheim! It’s one of my favorite museums and the architecture is amazing! If you have any free time you should look up Frank Lloyd Wright. He’s probably the most well known American architect and he designed the Guggenheim as well as Fallingwater in Pennsylvania (it’s literally on top of a waterfall). He’s always brought up by my architecture professors.
