Sage Intacct: Custom Report Writer

Thank you for uploading this helpful video. Is there a functionality in Intacct to get a notification or a warning when an attempt is made to enter a duplicate bill ( a bill already entered )so that it can be stopped ? Thanks in advance.

Sage does not allow duplicate bill/invoice and will show you the error when it happens. Two same bill/invoice with different vendors/customer will go in.
