Thank you Janice. My sinuses just cleared a little whilst doing this. My point is very tender and I think my chest opened up a little. I see I commented on this a year ago. I had forgotten this nice little practice. Your email brought me back to it. Thank you kindly.

Hi I have achalasia cardia...frm last 1 year. Done my Hellar surgery but wasn't successful & now I have been suggested to go for PEOM surgery. I get these Chest pain nd it goes right up to my ears. Can you pls help me with acupuncture which can help me in emergency situation
@JaniceSpaceToRelaxQigongАй бұрын
@@bhavanakhatri3554 I would suggest you go to a Chinese medicine/acupuncture practitioner who will be able to best advise you once they’ve diagnosed you according to Chinese medicine principles. You could try acupressure on this point: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gpe3Z6qDrJJpaKssi=mlR16sAoXRYcI0xJ but it really would help best to see someone in person. Best wishes, Janice.

Thanks for the lesson. Yes, I hold a lot of tension from anxiety in this area. Really looking forward to trying this point out; especially if it works but I'm sure it will. Just got to complete my three independent party review first before I go pressing alleged "magic buttons". 😊

I really hope it helps you. It's definitely worth massaging on a regular basis as the results are often cumulative. Best wishes, Janice.

Wut is best point for anxiety ?
@JaniceSpaceToRelaxQigong2 ай бұрын
@@Medinalegend there is no one point as it depends on the diagnosis from a Chinese’s medicine practitioner. The point in this video can be helpful and you’ll find others on my KZbin channel but there really is no substitute for treatment from a fully qualified practitioner.

I put my needle in cv17 for 1 hour and I still feel anxiety and chest tightness ! Any advice ?
@JaniceSpaceToRelaxQigong2 ай бұрын
Are you a Chinese medicine practitioner? If not then I would not advise needling yourself. Even as a practitioner, I rarely needle myself as it is essential to obtain an objective Chinese medicine diagnosis from a fellow practitioner in order to decide on the best combination of acupuncture needles. This video is simply to help in the short term for acupressure only and to be used alongside other treatments you may be receiving from medical professionals.

@@JaniceSpaceToRelaxQigong Any idea why it not helping me ?
@JaniceSpaceToRelaxQigong2 ай бұрын
@@Medinalegend many reasons; acupressure is not instant (especially if the issue has been there for some time), you may need a combination of points, one point alone may not eliminate the cause, you may need a practitioner to accurately diagnose you. My advice is to consult a Chinese medicine practitioner.
