I would like to add I have chronic insomnia. I am unable to tolerate medications due to TILT. Acupunture has also given me some relief, not a lot, with insomnia.

I am a Gulf War Veteran and I have been receiving acupunture through the VA since 2020. I have chronic pain from Gulf War Illness. I have also developed a severe intolerance. Dr. Claudia Miller calls this intolerance TILT, which stands for Toxicant Induced Loss of Tolerance. So, I am unable to take any pain medications. Acupunture gives gives me relief from widespread pain in my body. It also helps with my chronic migraines.
