Acura TSX radio + back up camera install

This fit if I have a navi on my 06 tsx? I want to swap all for a nice double din like this but everything I see is that big 10’’ with a/c unit together and I don’t like it.

Got ya I own a 08 tsx and the navigation screen doesn't work anymore. Some of the ac controls you can only access from the touch screen. Been look to replace everything. This kit seems too pricey just to get the ac controls.

@@kelaro75 there isn't any other option. I bought one of those combo kits off of Ali express and it was trash. I noticed some odd settings with the fan speed. So I tested the temp, one side on high and the other on low. He high side would not blow any hot air. I usually keep the air circulating inside and could still smell exhausts from the outside when I never had this issue before. Now I am in dispute with the seller to get my money back.

I was able to find a replacement navigation dvd rom on ebay and I now have my factory navigation unit working.

@@kelaro75 probably the best until you can get a newer car with all of the new stuff built in. Don't get me wrong the head unit was great, just the HVAC isn't what is should be

Waist of money FYI....the "mode" button on the AC after programming doesn't work, so it's stuck on defrost....called technical support and ran through some steps but still throwing error codes and stuck in defrost. Lots of money down the drain. Super sad 😭

the most awesome installation of aftermarket car radio. the interior is disfigured, the trunk is vandally drilled and an ugly camera is installed. I would be ashamed to post such a work on the web, equipped with adhesive tape. how can it never be seen?))

ruin the interior and exterior for the sake of a rear-view camera? on my TSX, the camera works on a regular navigation monitor, which is connected to the OEM navigation via an RGB signal converter. the functional is not wasted, the camera looks like the original. But I bought another stereo, because the old one stopped responding to the touch screen. @@user-hh4hc2lt6e mine has the buttons. I think they changed the radio unit from TS10 head unit which used to be in these to TS18. That is the only thing i can think of.

I got the Ali or eBay with the buttons and they are fast and responsive. Bug free. And it looks amazing

@@Theauthenticmindset that’s the one i want, the Android screen but with actual physical hvac buttons. I’ve heard too many bad things about the screens that only have digital hvac buttons instead of physical ones.

Ugly af. Get the Ali express or eBay android radio with the climate control buttons, they look amazing. AC works and very responsive also runs on android 11. It's very fast and very responsive.
