Dear Sarah, thank you so much for your NCLEX videos! They have done for me more than the hundreds of Power Points without a point could ever do, which is very sad for me to say. There truly is something reassuring and comforting about a person (you) just standing there with a writing board and pen and explaining what so many stressed-out students are trying to understand and learn. Thank you!

Thank you so much for explaining every little detail. All the symptoms are just a list until you detail WHY it happens.

I had a kidney biopsy after a doctors visit and was told I have C3 Glomerulonephritis. I’m 57 yr old and stay feeling bad. I have a lot of these symptoms. Swelling of the face, hands, feet, legs , and stomach. High blood pressure, foamy urine , dizziness, stomach aches, and frequent trips to the bathroom. I was put on a generic med of Cellcept and Prednisone for 6 months but was taken off them because doctors said that it was not helping me. Now all he says he can do is monitor my lab works and go from there. Until then I’m taking Bp meds, fluid pills, stomach meds.

I also have had lung surgery to remove fluid from my right lung. About a quart of fluid. Was in the hospital for a week. And have had trouble with my breathing for years now.

I could sure use some help in identifying cardiac problems as they relate to the findings on an EKG. For example, S3, S4 sounds are hard for me to distinguish when they occur after S1 but before S2 sounds and what does a S3 gallop mean, and does it occur after S1, or S2 and what do prolonged QRS complexes mean? HELP !!! Thanks
@RegisteredNurseRN7 жыл бұрын
Hello again :) I actually have several lectures that could help you understand heart sounds (differences between them and their location) along with interpreting EKGs. Heart Sounds: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fmWbiKavfs95qZI EKG series: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y4mco4x6bd-Gh8k I hope that helps :)
