Great video content! Apologies for the intrusion, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you ever tried - Renophia Seyoe Rule (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a great exclusive guide for boosting your kidney function minus the hard work. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my work colleague got great success with it.

Nice video, can you talk about gout and kidney failure? Does one come before the other normally? Does sudden high blood pressure also indicate future gout? Thanks!

For Pre-renal AKI, why would the urine osmolality be high and not low?
@Jam-g2w5 жыл бұрын
Yen Le RAAS is activated as a mechanism to increase blood volume to the kidney in prerenal AKI. Aldosterone is a hormone release by RAAS and its effect is also sodium reabsorption. Water will follow the sodium making the urine more concentrated or w high osmolarity. Urine osmolarity is basically the urine concentration.
@Maja14604 жыл бұрын
Why though it is said that urea in urine:urea in blood ratio in prerenal AKI is >20 while in renal AKI it's 40 whereas in renal AKI
