Your channel has a really cool concept, and you have a pretty good taste in film music. So far, I think the videos are a bit hit-and-miss. The editing must be pretty tough.

@@CinemaRescored You’re welcome! So far, I’ve watched •this one, Ad Astra / Sicario; •Heat / Tenet; •Jurassic Park / 1917; •Revenge of the Sith / Rogue One; •Batman Begins / Skyfall; •Tenet / The Matrix Reloaded; and •Sicario / Tenet. Most of these are great in concept. Mostly what I meant is that the music is often too loud compared to the sounds of the scenes. I get that there’s often music that you’re trying to cover. It might also be KZbin’s compression algorithm diminishing the audio quality far below what you had while editing, so a lot of subtleties with the audio layers might not come across to viewers. Unfortunately, these shortcomings do detract from the experience, so to a certain extent, this may simply not be a viable form of content. I like Ad Astra / Sicario very much overall. You did a great job with the editing here. Same with Heat / Tenet. I like Tenet / The Matrix Reloaded, but I think you could have edited the original track a bit more to increase the buildup of the tension of the scene with the rapid rhythmic drumming and to accommodate the dialogue. The music in Jurassic Park / 1917 doesn’t resonate with me that much, but the editing is good, considering the original scene. Batman Begins / Skyfall is a bit plain, but it is alright. Sicario / Tenet is edited well, but it cuts out a lot of the interesting material of the original scene, and the music is unnecessarily loud compared to the diegetic audio, since most of the original video either doesn’t have music or doesn’t have music playing over diegetic sound. I don’t think that Revenge of the Sith / Rogue One combination works that well. You edited it more as a montage than as a scene, and the music is too hopeful and grandiose in my opinion.
