My name is Kaiya Pelletier and I am documenting my metal journey as I discover and listen to metal music for the first time ever. I'm in my mid 20's and I've been a singer songwriter and performer for over 10 years. Currently I live in Stillwater, Oklahoma and I am in the process of recording my 4th album. Thank you for checking out out this. I discovered them recently and their new album is on repeat on my cell phone. Melissa's side band, The Dark Side of the Moon, just released their first album yesterday, and it just great! They are doing covers of film music in heavy metal style, but with harps, and some own songs, as well. Really worth checking out!

Ad Infinitum are amazing, all of their albums are worth checking out! My personal favourite is Chapter 2, but I love all of them. I regularly just listen to a big playlist of them all. Fav songs are: Son of Wallachia, Unstoppable, Breathe, and Marching on Versailles.

Oscar from the Melfire Club here 🤘🦈🤘 I'm a relatively new fan of Melissa, since (January 2023), and Ad Infinitum is among my top 10 bands already. Melissas tone,, on/offsets and versatility and just unique pop is unlike anything I've come across. She just feels so relatable in her talent and performance in a way that's hard to describe, it's only felt through her music. For me personally, Chapter I doesn't hit as hard as II & III, although my favorite tracks from it are I Am The Storm & See You In Hell, and they're absolute bangers. Chapter II was the album that sold me on the band, and the favorite tracks are Inferno, Son of Wallachia, Reinvented & Afterlife. The album theme is Vlad the Impaler/Dracula, and it makes the lyrics a little darker and grittier, which is cool. But on an emotional and personal level I think I relate a little more to the storytelling and theme of Chapter III, and songs like Eternal Rains, Somewhere Better, New Dawn, Seth & The Serpents Downfall is painting this huge, epic and a times triumphant and hopeful picture. Ad Infinitum is great! It's also worth checking out Melissa's previous band, Rage of Light, for some of their covers of pop songs, at the very least. First thing I ever heard of theirs (and first time hearing Melissa) is their excellent metal cover of Aqua's "Lollipop." I'll admit that I clicked on the thumbnail because of Melissa; she's ridiculously beautiful! Rage of Light's new singer, Martyna Halas, is also pretty great in her own right. Their newer stuff with her has been quite good. For more female fronted bands, I must suggest (again?) Unleash the Archers. One of my absolute favourite metal bands these days, full stop. Britney Slayes is incredible, easily among the best metal singers of either sex, and the rest of the band is equally as good on their respective instruments. Canadian power metal at it's finest!

Meliisa Bonny is crazy busy lately. Beside "Ad Infinitum", the band that is kind of her baby and which is touring right now, she also participaes in the project "Dark Side of the Moon" which released a first album this year and did a number of concerts, and finally, she is a guest singer on the latest Kamelot album and has just completely the European tour with Kamelot. She will be in the Nother Marica tour starting mid August and she just announced that she will also join Kamelot on their Japan tour later this year.

This is pop music. I'm not saying that it's not good. It's not metal music. It could maybe have some decorative elements of metal, but it lacks of metal composition in the music and metal culture as a whole.

All their albums are Great,, I love them all. All the albums have a theme. Chapter l is about the French Revolution Chapter ll is about Vlad Tepes ( Dracula ) Chapter lll is about Cleopatra and Egypt Mythology
