Very cool. How do you like the Atom 80 so far ? Any issues ? Do you think the Atom 80 gearbox is robust enough for a tractor application.

It is a beatiful engine, no idea if the gearbox is strong enough for tractor configuration. A question for Vittorazi.

Sweet set up ! Gotta' remember to get a gear down and locked green light on the panel though !😜 There was some discussion on using the Atom 80 on a giant scale RC plane. Vittorazi probably wouldn't give an opinion on that subject.

@@shannonwhitaker9630 You somehow need to get a look at the bearings to see if they have a bias. Part number will not identify the type but info on replacing them will stipulate orientation "IF" they have a bias. It may be as simple as mounting them the other way around but I suspect there may be a stop flange that favors the "pusher". But you never know... they may be a simple, single piece "double row angular contact" bearing and stops on either side :) If you find out, let us know :)

@@shannonwhitaker9630 Surprisingly, they identify the the actual bearings... 6003 C3 (Deep Groove Radial Ball Bearings 17x35x10mm) held with circlips either side.... might work :)
