Just upgraded my Kali IN-5's up to the Adam A8H's and I'm over the moon! I've kept the Kali WS 6.2 subwoofer and it works really well. Because I'm in a small room and the Adam's are close to the rear and side walls I find taking the sub frequencies out of them greatly improves the stereo image. The great thing with the Kali sub is I can A/B with or without the sub using a footswitch which is super useful. 😎

Me dealing with Contemporary Music I had to keep that in mind when selecting the Monitors that you have to have something with good midrange. Some people think about how loud the monitors are/shoudl be but don't think about how a section should be made centering around the type of music you work with. Keep sharing info sir doing a greta job!!!

I’m torn between these and the A77Hs. Seems like the 8s go a little lower in frequency but the 777s are a little bit louder. Seems like the prices should be reserved because you’re getting two 7 inch drivers as opposed to one 8 inch driver. I also do not have a lot of width and my space so I would probably have to use them vertically. What do you think?
@theheatstudio
@theheatstudio 11 ай бұрын
I don’t have experience with the A77H but I’m sure they sound fantastic, the A8H will most likely have a better low end response. I personally don’t use a sub anymore but I’m guessing that with the A77H you will probably need one. Either or I think it’s a great choice

It shouldn’t matter how loud a monitor gets

I juat "love" it when the manufacturer decides for me where to place the monitor -- left or right. Hey, Adam Dudes, I want it for a CENTER CHANNEL in a 5.1 mixing room. Dudes, that is neither the LEFT nor the RIGHT., can you dig it?

I opened the app and noticed there is no way of setting a static IP. They are all recognized and assigned an IP when connected to a hub.

I’m still getting used to them and understanding how they translate to my mixes but so far I can say they are the best purchase I have made so if you’re thinking go ahead and do it! Personally I make mostly rock and acoustic based music so I don’t need a sub because when you put them in the “UNR” mode you get an incredible low end response. If you make hip hop then there’s a chance you might want to add a sub. Thanks for watching!

HI! Can you hear a slight hiss from the tweeter? I do hear it from 5 or even 7 feet slightly with mine, it"s like a white noise, and level of hiss arises with rising volume control at the back, and drops with lower volume. Nothing connected to speaker. Could you be so kind to check, does your pair hisses to?
@theheatstudio
@theheatstudio 27 күн бұрын
@@BitelsONE hi, I don’t have that hiss. How long have you had your speakers? I did notice when I first got them that they needed a lot of hours to break in so make sure to read the manual, I don’t remember how many hours to be honest. After that period anything should go away

hey, i appreciate your answer. Mine do hiss audibly form over 3 meters, it is not very loud, I quess some people with diffrent hearing, might not notice it. Anyway for me it is distracting, so I arranged exchange for new pair with adam audio. I hope the will not hiss. All best.
