I'm a mean "racist" when it comes to pattern recognition but also took a young black man who HATED the cold, and applied to be a framer by straight up lying about his work experience, and made him our "Junkyard dawg". Had to teach him to drive bigger rigs, and also to take care of them, and now he gets paid the same as a framer to take loads of trash to the dump, push a button until the trash empties out, come back, and repeat the process. He's also "Our guy" when we just need something done. Dude does not care what the job is, he'll do it when nobody else will. Extremely happy to have him.
