You are calling all electric RC cars unreal and crappy? Well, for my point of view they are just generally more accepted in public places. I would hate getting banned from some place with my rc car, but if the reason is understandable, I would be okay with it. It's way harder to find a place to drive around, because people don't accept the noise levels of nitro noise level anymore. It is not only about RC Cars, It is with every thing existing. Evolving technology gut us to a point, where most things don't have to be lound anymore, and humans are really enjoying to be able to have a chat everywhere in the world, not mentioning don't having a damaged hearing ability. And calling anyone fake, unreal or even crap won't make anyone more tolerant.

Beerenmüsli bro I don’t follow crappy liberal laws that wants to destroy or end real things ! That’s what’s wrong with this country now but things are getting better slowly from what I’m seeing! If people stop going to places with stupid rules like you say ? They will have to change there ways ! I would not go to that gay add track anymore and go to the real deal Track that Braaaaaps and supports real things ⛽️🔥💨! Easy as that! That’s why the places that nitro is still king at race tracks survived and there kicking ass and much more fun to be at and more of a challenge to do! I don’t want to be at a toys r us convention race track with boring E words running around!! Lmao 🤣!! The hell with that!! Who wants that? Shits boring! It’s only exciting with they go up in fire 🔥 like I have seen at the tracks I go to! I have proof and videos showing Ewords going up in flames 🔥! Anyways if your problem is tuning a real breathing engine? Just ask and I’ll teach you!! I’m known for spanking fake boring Lipo RCs with my Modified Nitros! I have helped many people and there are many newbies now because they have seen how much better nitro can really be! The owner of LI Bash in Riverhead Long Island was only an E word guy all his life but now his a sick and the head Nitro Junkie and owns so many Nitro Truggies and a couple of buggies . From April of 2017 to now he has become so addicted it’s unbelievable but it’s not just him there are many more that never did nitro and now there addiction is unreal! I’ve done it all from E words to Nitros to Gas and I will never go back to E words ! Maybe a rock crawler ??? They absolutely do nothing for me ! And I’m a guy that had some hi end fake electric ⚡️ crap that you probably would bust a nut 🥜 to?? There’s no challenge to them for me and there is no mechanical skills for the new generation to learn from by using the E words RCs .

dude has a point about noise and nothing changes that, always been that way. You know it is what it is. Has nothing to do with the facilities as much as does its location. Cali may have the most liberal population yet the largest Nitro RC community. Honestly politics, thats where you took it? I think electric is a good way for getting people started in this hobby period because they find it easier for starting out and means more likely to give it a shot at all. Considering that the hobby has been declining in many places its disappointing to hear labels on what people choose. "You" want the hobby to grow, no? Then try to at least learn to tolerate other formats. It would be discouraging for me to hear someone talk this way if I was new and choose electric because I knew nothing before and wanted to learn. Also if not evident to you yet electric is catching up and probably already well passed nitro in speeds and performance. If the RC hobby is going to grow I think that supporting electric is smart even if not your desired car. More noobs>more elites> more pros= more money> more manufactures> more tracks> all results in more competition and end result is a healthy populated hobby that always is improving, not declining. Just one funny thought I had reading you post, you sound like Ted Nuggent of RC, LOL. Thats a compliment.
@brandonbentley85326 жыл бұрын
Beerenmüsli reasonable point. Buts its like going to a Harley guy and trying to sell him on why he should give up his fire breathing torque monster for an electric motor. Even when modern electric powertrains are actuallly substantially faster.

Hi Mr. Drake, I just got my Mugen mbx8 delivered about a week ago and started to put it together. Started with the diffs but I don't have the upgraded tools yet and I used the supplied tools that came with it and I stripped the heads on a couple of screws on each of the diffs and fluid is leaking so I might have to replace them. But thank you for the tips and I am taking my time building the kit. Just need to work on the other things. Keep up the good work, can't wait to get it finished.

Hey Adam could u briefly explain the process you use to rebuild the diffs while you are wrenching in the pits during a large event ? I open the diff case and turn it upside down on paper towel and let the oils drain out. After doing that, I have no idea what all the pros do to complete the rebuild in small amount of time.

It depends on the event, but I basically do the same. Drain the diff on a blue shop towel, check the bearings, grease the outdrive shafts, ring gear, and diff cup with Mugen Seiki Premium Grease. kzbin.info/www/bejne/hWSqmXiXpqirl6s
