So look bro first of all No, u don’t need to wash it 3 times it is only 1 time, second of all the fifth step before washing your body is rubbing your head, so idk why Adam didn’t say that but u must rub it 3 times and make sure it reaches your roots, try checking other videos and other scholars, and bro u will see that u must rub your head 3 times and btw Adam washed his feet at the end 3 times, but u can also wash it during the wudu part it doesn’t matter wether u do it in Wudu or the last step, I hope I helped your brother and may Allah grant every Muslim and Muslima jannah, Ameen
