I know many personally. Not political figures but everyday Republicans that refuse to vote for Trump because they see that he is awful and has divided our country. My mom is one of them. Not sure she is voting for Kamala, I think she is, but she is definitely not voting for Trump (she is also in a blue state, so her not voting for Kamala won't make too much difference). She likes a lot of the economic policies of Trump's past presidency, but money isn't the most important thing to her.

Which is admirable because he still stands by his personal values, but is willing to see the flaws with the current party as a whole. He's said before that he felt like his party abandoned him and was hijacked by MAGA. Republicans used to be able to disagree and debate policy along side Democrats and independents. That changed significantly when Dump began demanding loyalty to Party (meaning him) and touting an "us versus them" environment and calling people who had been Republicans longer than Dump has ever been, RINOs. Dump flip flopped from being a Dem, Republican and an independent, until 2014, when he went back to being a "Republican". Your political beliefs, like religion, aren't always easy for people to shed. Many can't just one day wake up and be Muslim, if they were raised Christian. And just because someone questions or disagrees with "the Church", doesn't mean they no longer believe in Christian values and Christianity. Or that they may still consider themselves a Christian. I don't personally believe your political party should be someone's identity. But for many it has become very much so.

VP Kamala was invited and only 4 miles away from the Cemetary that day, Pres. Biden was also invited, but chose to spend the day sitting at the Beach (his 2nd vacation in one month)! Both Democrats chose NOT to show up and pay their Respect nor gave the grieving Parents some Dignity for their dead Sons and Daughters on that Special Day or when their Coffins arrived on US soil shortly after the Biden/Harris Administration botched Withdrawal from Afghanistan that resulted in the tragic death of the 13 US Soldiers.

But brave and patriotic! (Cheney is brave and patriotic in the same way.) *PRO:* Critical of tfg and Tucker Carlson. Held Bannon in Contempt of Congress. Regrets voting against 1st trump impeachment. Seems to support LGBTQ+ rights. Voted for Right to Contraception Act. Supported DACA. Supported other more leftish causes. *CON:* Voted against Obamacare. Voted against Dodd-Frank Act. Voted against the Equality Act. Voted against any kind of abortion funding (even insurance). Wants to penalize sanctuary cities. Supports concealed weapon carry.
