If I recall the episode, Kurt was impressed by Adam's talent but also a little jealous, and said he was too over the top. So Adam came to Kurt's work in jeans and a T-shirt to talk to him, and became a band member, and they became friends and had some awesome scenes together. 💙

Thank you for another Adam Lambert reaction! I’m with you in that this song also wasn’t to my taste. Good thing Adam performs a variety of genres :) His cover of Queen’s Who Wants to Live Forever is a must, but I’m sure everyone’s told you that already. His interpretations on American Idol are amazing, namely Sam Cooke’s A Change is Gonna Come, MJ’s Black and White, and Mad World. I strongly recommend the live performances of those, some real good gems in there. His original Closer To You live sessions is also great. And you're right, Adam is one of those singers who sound better live than in studio, 100%!

Some time ago someone named Brian Fernando Veles Florez did a mashup of this video of Adam singing this song, and the Lady Gaga video. They are PERFECTLY in sync, you'd swear it was an intentional duet. Adam is such an amazing artist, he can completely replicate a song, note for note, or take a song and make it his own, like Cher's "Believe." I've loved him since his American Idol days. He's truly one of a kind. 💙

This is the college years and Kurt is making up a cover band. Demi Lovato, blonde on guitar, was also on that season.. it's season 5. I strongly suggest Kurt and Adam singing A Thing Called Love

I Love watching Adam sing Cher’s Believe to honor her at the 41st Annual Kennedy Center Honors. He actually brings her to tears. He puts so much emotion in the song. I’m hoping you will react to that performance.

Ламберт один из редких вокалистов которые звучат вживую лучше, чем в записи. Я много раз за 12 лет побывал на концертах Queen +Lambert и всегда это было замечательно. Мне удалось пообщаться с ним в Москве, после его сольника, в закрытом клубе MTV, классный парень, простой, с отличным чувством юмора и самоиронии. Я понимаю, почему господа из Queen так его любят - кроме мощного, красивого голоса у чувака потрясающая энергетика и отличный характер. Loved your analysis! Anything Adam sings is amazing I think. I was lucky enough to see him on Broadway about a month ago as the Emcee in Cabaret. I was blown away. I have so many performances that I really enjoy but off the top of my head I would pick Underneath, Believe, Who Wants To Live Forever, Closer To You, and The Show Must Go On. Thank you so much!

Hello Sir from Las Vegas here! I always love your reactions and analysis! I DO have a Lambert request please? He did a LIVE cover of George Michael's One More Try (for charity) He was a huge fan of George's. And I watched ALL of Adam's Glee season 5 as well and if you want to see another great cover that is Adam with the girls (RIP Naya Rivera aka Santana Lopez) and Lea Michele's character Rachel Berry, in which the 3 of them sang Laura Branigan's version of the hit song "Gloria" at the restaurant. It was awesome! Also on Glee, Adam and Lea did a duet with Heart's 1977 hit," Barracuda" IT IS BANGIN! Thanks again Sir! Much Love! 💙💙💙

I think with Glee they had to sing the songs the way the artists performed them. Songs he performs with Queen I suggest are Who Wants to Live Forever at the Isle of Wight, Somebody to Love and The Show Must Go On.

Ich finde Adam einen würdigen Nachfolger von Freddy (nicht, dass irgendjemand IHN ersetzen könnte 😢) und Adam hat eine großartige Stimme. Er könnte auch die Bedienungsanleitung für eine Küchenmaschine singen und es würde großartig klingen 😂. Glee selbst ist mir völlig unbekannt. It’s so hard to pick the best Adam songs but some of my favorites: A Loaded Smile, I Can’t Stand the Rain - guest performance on American Idol, Believe - Kennedy Center Honors, I’m a Man, Ordinary World, and for QAL - Under Pressure, Somebody to Love, Who Wants to Live Forever, Love Kills…any QAL song - they are all amazing! Thank you. I've loved Adam since he was on American Idol, but I have not always liked his song choices. Almost every time he has done a cover, I've really loved it, but not so much this one. He has a fantastic voice and he is always changing things up to make it his own. What he did on A.I. was incredible and I often go back to listen to his performances on it. I enjoyed hearing your analysis and thoughts. :)

I prefer Adam's version of this song to the original.. there's just something special about his voice. Adam did an album of covers 'High Drama' where he changes up and makes all the songs he covers his own. I especially love his cover of the song Do You Really Want to Hurt Me by Boy George. I also love his album of original songs called 'Velvet'.

Kurt's feeling a bit insecure at this time in the plot and seeing Elliot (Adam Lambert's character) so confident makes him feel somewhat threatened. They have a talk later in the episode and Kurt apologises and they work things out.

As a classical musician, it's only a matter of time till you discover musical genius, Jacob Collier. I recommend "World O World (official score video)" to see a choral piece of immense beauty and complexity, performed with one of the world's greatest choirs. And just so you know, he wrote it the day before the recording session, in an hour.

Love the grit in his voice. ❤ Great breakdown as always, even though this song isn’t my favorite by Lady Gaga. I just wanted to hear Adam, because I don’t know many of his songs. 😊 How can one not love David Bowie? I have no Idea what songs like Life on Mars even mean, but he influenced so many musicians after him. 🥰 Dimash somehow broke me. This didn’t sound high to me at all. 😂 (Dimash’s Lionel Richie-Hello cover was really different from the original btw) I stopped watching Glee as well but they had some great singers and a fun Safety Dance cover. 😊 When I hear the music you like (Sophie May), I wonder if you like Bon Iver and Sufjan Stevens I don’t listen to those artists except for Skinny Love and Exile (Iver) and Chicago (Stevens). But their other songs remind me of you. 😅

I believe that Season 6 of Project Runway was the one that most viewers have panned and called the worst season or a trainwreck. It was the only one set in LA and so it was a kind of rocky season. I really like Adam, I wished we had seen more of him in Glee. (We watched Glee because my bird adores musical shows and she really liked the singing in Glee. However, I object very strongly to a lot of the messages of the show (like bullying is okay when it furthers a storyline, as an example), so we will never rewatch Glee. I prefer to have the bird watching Julie and the Phantoms on Netflix. 😅
