We took it easy on Seattle tonight because we felt bad for gio

I feel bad that we took Gio. He didn't deserve this dumpster fire. Kraken aren't gonna be competitive for a while sadly

@@Xavier_Coogat_the_Mambo_King y'know, I normally give GM's a break because there are so many moving parts that the public have no idea about... But wtf was Seattle's GM doing?

See? This is stuff that should get awarded norris trophy. Not most points.

This kind of situation rarely happens. Generally it's much harder to score goals than to prevent them, so points matter more.

Pretty lucky. Kraken could have easily lost 5-1. Also Gio was a shithead all game. Glad he his gone. I bet he was the reason for Tkachuk not doing well last season.

That’s disrespectful. He was the captain for a reason, and there’s no rule saying he has to be nice to a team he doesn’t play for. He played the same way for the Flames, always playing on the edge. That’s part of what made him a great captain.

@@alexe606 He was captain because of his off-ice virtue-signalling behaviour more than his inability to hit the net. Gio disrespected the organization that was honouring him last night.

@@milktobo7418 No, he played hard. That’s not disrespecting anyone. If he took it easy, that would be disrespectful, but he played for Seattle like he played for Calgary.
