His advice is actually on point. He only fucked up after being so bad at making executives level decisions. So I think it’s still useful for early stage founders to learn how to start from Adam.

you are right. he does seem to have some essential ceo traits such as confidence, really good public speaking ability, e.t.c although wework really went down fast, it is not so easy to make people think an 8 yr real estate company is a $47 billion behemoth.
