Adam, you’re one of THE best comedians out there, but this wasn’t your night. You rushed his material making it difficult for me to appreciate. Slow it down. Don’t worry about getting in all the material. If you have to cut something, fine. Do it. And I understand that a good comedian tries to weave in overall themes and call backs to get to a nice conclusion, but don’t do it at the peril of the overall act. Take your pauses, wait for a beat, give the material time to breathe. You’re great Adam and I do look forward to the next special.
