Five apostles of Jesus Christ, including a heart transplant surgeon, a Harvard law school graduate and former supreme court justice,a former President of one the best universities in the in the world and the still small voice of the Holy Spirit all testify of the truthfulness of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. No doubt..

@@oznerriznick2474 Personally, I don't care about their worldly accomplishments. I care about callings to represent a former Carpenter.

HE Is So Amazing Awesome & So Filled With The Holy Spirit From Our Precious Savior and Helps All of Us Feel Like When Pres Nelson, is Done Speaking ... DID We Just Hear Our Savior? HE is So Loving, Happy, Gentle and Yet So Straightforward that We Know ... His Words Are True. I am Humble and Thankful To know With Gratitude Jesus Christ Our Savior has Placed all Of Our General Authorities to Teach Us that We Might Learn To be Able to Eventually Return To Our Heavenly Home and Father and Jesus Christ 💖 In Addition If We Have Done All that Is Required We Can be Families Forever. We Are Truly Blessed💞

I wonder why other churches and preachers do not discuss Adam in the fall as clear as these Apostles and the prophets. Only the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints speak of these things quite often.

Personal opinion: I think God’s command that they avoid eating or touching the fruit was a temporary command. I believe that God would have come to Adam and Eve at the perfect time to give them further instructions. If they had waited for those further instructions, instead of listening to Satan, they would not have been cursed as they were. Those further instructions from God might have sounded something like this. “Adam, Eve, you’ve been in the garden for a while and might have noticed that you aren’t able to fulfill the first commandment that I gave unto you, which is to multiple and replenish the earth. Staying in this beautiful garden will not fulfil the plan. In order for the plan of God to be realized, you will have to leave the garden and multiple and replenish so that man may be. You are no longer forbidden from eating the fruit, and you may make that choice, but when you do, the fruit will bring physical and spiritual death into the world.”

Why isn't Adam discussed in light of what has been Restored?

Hes dead?

They did not discuss Adam because the subject was not Adam but the Fall of Adam and its consequences, namely our current mortal state and the need for our redemption from it. They are explaining the need for a Redeemer. Until you acknowledge and accept the reality of your spiritually fallen state and your need for redemption from it, anything else you may want to know about Adam is unimportant.

@@brb5506 Very good! But, Elder Nelson teaches in this video that Adam was created in a paradisiacal state. The Pearl of Great Price does not teach that.

@johnnyburns1466 For those who understand the nature of reality, it's clearly implied in the Pearl of Great Price. You're grasping at straws, trying to find some reason not to believe.
