Kieq love ya brother. I loved your show today. You expressed perfectly how I feel. I actually got mad at myself for even wasting another 3 hours of my life watching the game last night. When if ever will we ever get this Franchise back to respectable. Papa Bear Halas must be rolling in his grave in shame. A charter franchise should never reach so looooong lows with broken record seasons. I feel like sometimes maybe Chicago is cursed as a whole being as its the murder capital of the world.

No doubt that the Bears season has not gone the way Caleb or anyone else had hoped for. Also no doubt that he has things to improve on. Absolutely no doubt in my mind that he has the skills, the mental and physical toughness, and the will to be great!!! I agree with you Kieq that Caleb Williams is a warrior!!!!!

Kieq, This is the same thing that happened to Justin. The issue is that fans have short memories once the new shiny thing pops up. We all were excited for JF1 then his head coach got him killed, and he regressed due to having a team that was trying to change what made him our choice... Now we get Caleb and he is having the same issues. He is missing passes that he hit in college. He is failing at the things he succeeded at. Fans will continue to bash Justin but we're praising the front offices decisions at the beginning of the season. Is Caleb possibly a better talent than Justin, yes. The problem is it doesn't matter how much talent you have if he cannot utilize it. He cold be Pateick Mahomes if he is getting sacked as soon as the ball is snapped he will be a bust. We wanted generational talent, and got what we see this year. We should have taken the picks but Poles wanted the flash, the career defining pick, and he did but it has defined it as a dud.... He picks linemen like him, trying to prove a point. Same thing Nagy did with QBs, played qba like himself and wastes Justin's talents.... until we get the front office and coach right this team will remain in the place formerly owned by the lions....and this hurts.

We definitely need an offensive minded HC, but he has to bring in solid coordinators as well, our defense has to remain a priority, as well as the offensive line, which is the number one priority, which Poles has failed to address, we need a new GM as well.

Problem is the top two so called LT in draft have short arms and rookie Lt's struggle usually in first year. Also there isn't any Lt's available in free agency so i believe we stick with what we have there and spend money on the top two guards and center.

I know fans don’t wanna hear this but the Bears weren’t ready for a rookie qb. JF was more athletic and was able to escape the pocket better than Caleb. Caleb is getting killed out there. How does a GM put a rookie in this situation! We have a mediocre line and it should’ve been addressed instead of Caleb and Odunze. We had a strong rushing game and we should’ve improved on it. Also JF was a great leader and a lot of players got behind him. Poles should’ve gone all out on an elite o-line and getting Harbaugh as a coach even if he had to fight tooth and nail with the front office. But he kept Flus, drafted Caleb and Odunze and left the o-line as it was. That planned was doomed from the time he picked Caleb at 1.

This is another mistake by the Bears. They need a coach not another offensive genius nerd. They need Vrabel, and then a great OC. The OC can be a nerd thats fine, but you need the leadership that a guy like Vrabel provides. WHen you put a genius nerd boy in control you get Trestman all over again.

They definitely are in dire need of an offensive minded HC(Ive called for one even after the pitiful Nagy experiment went wrong), and it certainly doesn't have to be Ben Johnson(I personally would tell his agent that I'm not bothering to interview him anyway if its true that this guy is demanidng 15 mil annually with bo HC experience whatsoever😒). My ideal hire is Kyle Shanahan, and I would prefer that SF parts ways and thzy actually hire BJ in place of em(leaving Shanahan to the Bears). I was very admanant about not preferring Eberdunce as the hire 3 yrs ago and even more passionate about them axing him during last season. I am personally done as a die-hard and will only follow them casually until theres a change in ownership. If they somehow get Shanahan and improvz the OL, then I can reconsider. Im about to be 41 in January, and I have seen every pro Chi team hoist a trophy(they did when I was 1, so I can't recall that stale, corny SB shuffle).

Caleb is his own worst enemy. He’s at fault for 27 sacks. He needs a coach that will coach him up and hold him accountable. That said, he’s playing pretty well despite all the team issues and his own issues Caleb issues from last night: 7 throws with poor accuracy 6 missed/skipped reads

Thoroughly disappointed in the coaching and players. High expectations to start the season and we get a total collapse. Is Caleb in shape ? He looks exhausted out there. I think a bit more time working out is in order. I think he can be great if he wants to be, yeah, if he wants to be.

Caleb's problem is he stays in the pocket too long which keeps them holding on to the ball too long and then he gets sacked. He holds the ball longer than Justin fields ever did. He can't do like he did in college. At least Justin ran for his life and collected yards. They need to get rid of poles and Warren

I think they should keep the status quo Ryan poles in charge of the team, Warren in charge of us moving to Arlington heights, the McCaskeys stay out of the way, Mike vrable as head coach, Thomas Brown as rbs coach, hire a new ol coach, Robert Salah as defense coordinator and Ben Johnson as offensive coordinator and let our team run that way
