Hey, think of this: 3 point shots made in first 3 quarters only count as 2 points, but count as 3 or even 4 points in 4th quarter. I don't know how much that would change the game, but teams trailing in 4th quarter can attempt all the 3's they want to get back into the game. Love Charles as a guest and I'm with him, I don't even watch the NBA until playoffs

Again the problem with the NBA isn’t the play style, it isn’t load management, they don’t need to change the rules. The problem is there is no young superstar on the level of a Bird, Magic, MJ, Shaq, Kobe, LeBron, Steph. Nobody under 30 is on that level. The only way to ensure the success of the league is to find the next face of the league. Take LeBron and Steph out… who is that guy? Giannis? Jokic? Luka? None of those guys move the needle.

I went to my first NFL game this year. It was a incredible experience. I paid a little over $2k for 4 tickets with a great view. To go to an NBA game with good seats will cost me about $2k for one decent seat. How about making the games more affordable. Shooting 3's is not the issue alone.

Are you crazy? Where u trying to sit, only courtside for the Lakers?!? I took my 15yr old son to multiple Pacers games last year. We sat a little lower than halfway up the stands, second level. I'm guessing it was 30-40 rows off the floor. Great sight lines, dead middle of the court & the tix were like 125-200 each. The Celtics were actually slightly cheaper than the Bucks tix, I bought ticket master verifiable resale. The only way a single ticket is 2k is if you're trying for courtside or first 3-5 rows. Also, we went to a Colts game & we sat in the corner of the end zone. It was like 110-150/each for around the 7th-8th row. If you're paying 2k for any tix you're either going for the 50 yard line in the first 5 rows or NBA courtside

I dont think Charles even understands the TNT/ESPN agreement. All the reporting was that ESPN is only licensing Inside the NBA. It was still gonna be produced and aired by TNT but ESPN would be able to simulcast it. Similar to the Mcafee deal. And it would only be for the bigger games. The reports also said Charles contract would still be with Turner and not ESPN. If that’s the case then I’m not sure why Charles is saying “i’m not gonna be doing both. I’m not bout to be doing ABC, ESPN, and TNT” if it’s a simulcast then there is no “both”. It’s just the same production being viewed on multiple channels
