My favorite mug is by Adam and I drink my tea out of it every morning. This episode was so lovely and interesting to learn about his art practice. Thank you :)

Thank you! Glad you’re enjoying the new episodes. This show is hard to sustain all the time, but I always jump on opportunities to film this type of stuff whenever possible 🙌

Glad you enjoy it! I think it can get a much more natural conversation to happen, and is just better for such visual topics like art and tattooing.

oh wow, I've admired his pottery from afar, I'm so happy to get to learn more about it! Thank you both for your time!

It was very cool to learn more about his process, especially since my pottery knowledge in general is very limited. Hope you enjoy the episode!

As a tattoo collector, going to Ann Arbor is a wet dream right now. Andrew, what a step-up in your videos, love each of them, especially since the Filip Leu episode. Great work for the tattoo community.

Chris Garver is who I would credit for tattoo folks getting into ceramics. This is my first time hearing of Adam and his work, really enjoyed this. Thanks for all you do!
@the_lonely_waltzАй бұрын
Respect to Garver but Adam has been making ceramics for years before Garver, and Chris doesn't make his own pots.. not really the same
@alexanderkanwischerАй бұрын
I understand the difference fully all I was saying was Chris Garver‘s Vice special is what got a lot of tattooers thinking about painting on pottery and the collaboration between the two art forms. This guy clearly has more experience with pottery, I get it. They ask in this episode when did pottery get so popular with tattooers? I was just pointing outthat Chris Garver played a major role. As of now his vice video has 784000 views on KZbin alone.

@ I'd like to dive deeper into the origins of his artistic inspiration and explore the influences that have shaped his distinctive illustration style. Additionally, I’d like to understand how his unique aesthetic translates into his tattooing work, creating a seamless blend between the two forms of artistry. What are the experiences, artists, or movements that have inspired his creative journey, and how do they manifest in both his illustrations and tattoos?

This camera person comes from the "Law & Order" school of wiggly handheld shots.

The camera starts feeling a lot heavier the longer each shot is 😂
