I've been fighting USCIS on this for almost 10 years now. I was never convicted of a specified offense against a minor and absolutely not according to the AWA even though they are asking I prove I haven't according to that specific Law, which I've proved numerous times. They kept me going until I ran out of money. I won in court against USCIS who tired to say the section of the AWA that helps me doesn't exist, (if the accused is less than 4 years older and the conduct was consensual) then it cannot be deemed as a specified offence according to the AWA. They fought me on this in court but I won and what's ridiculous is they had approved cases according to this section of the AWA before telling me they don't recognise this section of that law. I've never been on any register and am free to live wherever I please work etc.The judge found them to be arbitrary and capricious while making their decision on our case. The first denial, they didn't acknowledge anything I said laws their procedures they are supposed to follow etc, the second time they said the girl was unable to consent according to Michigan law to which I had to explain AWA is a federal law and Trump's state Law when using it and when told by the judge for AWA purposes that was irrelevant they then went with, " it did not appear to be consensual". So then after they were ordered to take our case back and decide on it after we sent in our arguments and proof without prejudice, the first statement on the Letter they sent was "even though the judge said this section of the AWA exists we still do not acknowledge it but send out stuff in anyway", then proceeded to again argue about what the judge already ruled.on. I argued everything from the fact they were going against the judge to the fact the judge told them the standard of proof I had to provide for an approval was "more likely than not" and not the "beyond a reasonable doubt standard" they were attempting to use as that standard can only be used if I was going through the( pose no risk) section of the waiver which I was not. They didn't acknowledge anything I sent in nor the fact I told them they lied to the judge given him the wrong information to which they acknowledge that and said well it doesn't matter basically. I have documents where they lied and made extremely untrue statements to the judge to which the judge literally mentioned them as to why he made certain decisions on our case and handed it back to USCIS to make a fair decision instead of making the decision himself. The list of what they've done goes on and on and I have ALL the evidence, all the case ready for a lawyer as I've done intensive research on every law and court case that can be used in my favour, a list of everything theyve done wrong and illegally with the evidence to prove it. Even them going against their own laws and procedures to twist everything in an attempt to make it fit my case to deny it but it clearly doesn't fit. I live in Ireland and am away from my American family so that I can be with my wife and children as they won't approve my position for my wife my children in Ireland are actually citizens. I should have never had to come here and money is the reason I cant move forward and get these people for what they've done to us.i thought my home would never do anything like this to their own but I was wrong. My family members have died since I've been gone and my other children have grown up without me, nothing will ever fix that. But I want justice for the absolute illegal way they handled my case and the complete prejudice used towards me and my wife. I am still shocked.thos is allowed to happen to Americans. I have no words for my disgust at how instead of giving me the approval I absolutely deserved and was entitled to they came after me like a personal vendetta. These are just a few things of what's gone on in my case. The first time we applied with I130 from inside USA our file went into Vermont for processing and as far as I know cake.hack out which would mean they'd have had.to put an approval letter on the first application that the AWA accusation to move it out of vermont service centre and back into the rest of regular processing somewhere else. They won't acknowledge this either. It's insanity and tortures me daily. This entire witch hunt with the AWA is horrendous and is just st an excuse to tear families apart and there's no help whatsoever for American with immigration issues as it's unheard of. Yes my particular case is probably rare but we still exist and are just left here.

When I hear cases like this, I tell people it’s because every government in the world is run my satanic freemasons, they will say, no, get out of here, you conspiracy theorist. And my response to that is, then why are they able to get away with that, when people like this man, they just wrote this message, is telling you he got railroaded left, and right when he has proof showing his innocence. They never have a response. And the reason they don’t have a response to that, is because I am 100% correct.
