all is fine .... but actually offset surface cannot make a solid out of these surfaces that are meeting in one point ! am I right?

For that, you have to learn CAM.

@@aazaad2479 it s called RhinoCam … but you can also export from Rhino to other programs supporting CNC like fusion360 and others …

Hi thanks. Be sure to keep intersections and midpoints exactly enough when creating arcs.

Also run the ShowEdges command. And select the naked edges. So you can find open edges.

I redid the volume from the beginning and I noticed that there was no intersection error until the moment when I joined the 2 curves with mergessurfaces at 3:31. After that I have a small excess surface that exceeds the surface on which there was an intersection

ok i solved the problem with the tool sweep2. indeed there was naked edges
