I'm completely blown away with the genius of this video: cleverness, humor, tribute, simplicity... all of them in the perfect amount, none of them stepping on each other. And to be quite honest, he did not make a very big impression on me so much so that I can't even remember what project I was involved with him, but it wasn't anything with Bowie or Eno. Whatever it was, would have been in NYC at Mediasound and in the mid- late '70's.

I just heard a repeat of Brian Eno being interviewed by Shaun Keaveny. I turned on in the middle of the interview so didn't know who it was but it was clear he sounded just like the Eno on this. When he said that at the time of "Heroes" they were just "playing" and having fun while recording the serious stuff, I was certain. Then Eno mentioned being Derek and Clive!

As a teenage Bowie super fan growing up in late 90’s Michigan, it was hard to find much of anything Bowie-related. I had to really dig. This would have blown my mind. The lore surrounding Low was my favorite slice of it all. I read and re-read those parts of his various biographies a million times. So, it’s such a treat to hear those morsels in this hilarious short.
