Ciggy Ztarduzt and the Zpiderz from Marz. These are marvelous. I still occasionally revisit the earlier video with Bowie, Eno and co-producer Tony Visconti, doing probably more than most people think.
@KnjazNazrath4 жыл бұрын
Tony Visconti was the co-producer on "Low", and did more than people think. Bowie himself said "Over the years not enough credit has gone to Tony Visconti on those particular albums. The actual sound and texture, the feel of everything from the drums to the way that my voice is recorded, is Tony Visconti.", and that's because Tony Visconti was the co-producer on Low. Many people think Eno was, but that's not true. Tony Visconti, the *actual* co-producer on "Low" actually mentioned this when he said "Brian is a great musician, and was very integral to the making of those three albums [Low, "Heroes" and Lodger]. But he was not the producer." This is because he wasn't the producer. The production was done by David Bowie and Tony Visconti. In fact, the initial recordings which were made almost got scrapped when David Bowie suggested they be treated as demos before he was convinced otherwise by Tony Visconti.It kind of makes sense when you think about it, because Tony Visconti ended up being the co-producer of "Low" and did a lot more than people think.
