I'm close to 30 now, starting to feel what you are talking about with the joint fatigue/duress. Couldn't believe it at first, now guess I'll have to use more "popping and locking" movement and circles. Thank you for the video, keep it up!

How long would the Canadian government let me pitch a tent outside of your studio so I could learn all the time? Not sure how long Americans can visit Canada.☺

When I do chi sao, i try to focus on breaking the structure and balance of the other person, but i get hit very often. Many times I have a better position and balance, but i still get light and fast hits. How can I improve my sensitivity training?
@adamchankungfu8 жыл бұрын
I would have to see you move to make an accurate assessment.

tarek mrkzen i have some advice that may help. you said you focus on destroying opponents balance which is perfect amd ks most definitely the way to true skill but along the way i recommend that you switch your focus to the preservation of your own balanve and structure this will grow to the capability you spoke of. think of it this way, if you train and make your defense so good that you are practically un-hitable then you'll be free to take the best shots that present themselves and you wlnt have to rush as much to "tag" the other guy. hope thos helps a little. like he said without seeing you move theres not much specific info i can give. but ya good luck

Thanks Jonathan! I'll keep that in mind

Improve your own structure, then pressure the other guy with it. Or "eat" his movements (the sensitivity part), whichever works best for you.
