Another excellent vid. 🍻 👏Small tip (similar to what you showed around the 7:55 mark): I always use white lithium grease on both the poly bushing and the metal female surface to ease the installation. You can use the spray or the "cream". This works well for motor mounts and suspension bushings alike. 💪 🍺

my mounts are knackered, is it possible to use these inserts to reduce movement on knackered stock mounts

it is possible but ultimately you would probably want to get replacement mounts and then put the inserts in

Good but how does it feel? If you ever have to, cp-e has the last word on replacement RS motor mounts.
